Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Echo platform. By creating an account or participating in any advertising cycle, you agree to these Terms.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Echo platform, website, or any associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. What Echo is

Echo is an AI-powered affiliate advertising participation platform operated by Echonomics.ai. Echo enables users to participate in individualized advertising cycles connected to real business campaigns, with the possibility of earning affiliate commission when confirmed sales are attributed to their cycle.

Echo is not an investment platform, brokerage, securities dealer, savings product, or financial services provider of any kind. Participation in Echo does not constitute an investment, and no financial return is promised or guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Echo. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Echo is not available in jurisdictions where the service would violate applicable law.

4. User accounts

To participate in advertising cycles, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Notify Echo immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Echo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used fraudulently.

5. Participation and deposits

When you deposit funds into an advertising cycle, those funds are deployed as real advertising spend on third-party ad networks. By depositing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your deposit represents real ad spend, not a savings or investment
  • Deposits that have been deployed into a live cycle are non-refundable
  • You may lose your entire deposit if the campaign does not generate sales
  • Echo does not guarantee any specific advertising outcome, sales volume, or commission
  • Campaign slots may be capped to preserve tracking integrity
  • Cycle results — including commissions and spend logs — are final once a cycle closes

6. Commissions and earnings

Affiliate commissions are credited to your account only when a confirmed sale is attributed to your individual advertising cycle through Echo's tracking system. Commission rates vary by campaign and are disclosed before you participate.

Echo does not guarantee any commission, earnings, or return on your ad spend. Commissions credited to your account may be withdrawn subject to Echo's applicable withdrawal terms. Echo reserves the right to reverse commissions that result from fraudulent, invalid, or disputed transactions.

7. Business accounts

Businesses that connect products or offers to Echo agree to:

  • Provide accurate, lawful product or offer information
  • Honor all sales generated through Echo campaigns
  • Comply with applicable advertising laws and platform policies
  • Pay agreed platform fees and commission arrangements on time
  • Not use Echo to advertise illegal, deceptive, or prohibited products

Echo reserves the right to remove any business campaign that violates these Terms or that Echo determines, in its sole discretion, is not suitable for the platform.

8. Platform fees

Echo may charge users a platform fee on advertising deposits (currently up to 5% per cycle). Businesses may be charged a monthly software or service fee as agreed during onboarding. Echo may also earn from commission arrangements with connected businesses. All applicable fees will be disclosed before participation or agreement.

9. Prohibited use

You may not use Echo to:

  • Commit fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
  • Manipulate campaign results, clicks, or attribution data
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or caps
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract Echo's proprietary software or AI systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform or other users' cycles
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party advertising platform policy

10. Intellectual property

All content, software, branding, and technology on the Echo Platform — including Echo's AI advertising engine, attribution system, and tracking infrastructure — is owned by Echonomics.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without express written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Echo and Echonomics.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost ad spend, or lost commissions arising from your use of the Platform.

Echo's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

Echo may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Echonomics.ai is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
