1. Echo is not an investment platform

Echo is an AI-powered affiliate advertising participation platform. Participation in an Echo advertising cycle is not an investment, a securities offering, a financial product, a savings product, or a brokerage service of any kind. Echo does not offer any financial instruments, ownership interests, dividends, yields, or guaranteed returns.

Regulatory frameworks governing securities, investments, or financial products do not apply to Echo's advertising participation model. Participating in an Echo cycle does not make you a shareholder, creditor, investor, or beneficiary of any business connected to the platform.

2. Advertising carry real risk

Every Echo advertising cycle uses real ad spend on real advertising networks. Advertising is inherently uncertain. The performance of any given campaign — including impressions, clicks, and sales — is not predictable or guaranteed.

Risks include but are not limited to:

• A campaign cycle may generate zero sales, resulting in total loss of your ad spend
• A campaign may generate sales but none that are attributed to your specific cycle
• Advertising network policies, algorithms, or delivery decisions are outside Echo's control
• Market conditions, seasonal trends, and consumer behavior may affect campaign performance
• Business products or offers may change, be discontinued, or underperform
• Technical issues on advertising networks may affect delivery

3. No guaranteed earnings

Echo does not guarantee any earnings, returns, commissions, or profits. Affiliate commission is only credited when a confirmed sale is directly attributed to your individual advertising cycle through Echo's tracking system. If no sale occurs, no commission is earned.

Past performance of any campaign does not guarantee future results. Commission rates are set per campaign and may vary.

4. Ad spend is non-refundable once deployed

Once your deposit has been deployed into an active advertising cycle, it is spent on real advertising. Ad spend that has been deployed cannot be refunded, reversed, or withdrawn, regardless of campaign outcome. You should only deposit funds you are willing to spend entirely on advertising.

5. Platform and network dependency

Echo currently operates on existing third-party advertising infrastructure including Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). Echo does not control these networks. Changes to network policies, costs, targeting capabilities, or availability may affect campaign outcomes. Echo is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party advertising platforms.

6. No professional financial advice

Nothing on Echo's platform, website, or communications constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision. Echo's team members are not licensed financial advisors.

7. Assumption of risk

By participating in an Echo advertising cycle, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you understand the risks involved, and that you are voluntarily choosing to participate with full awareness that your ad spend may be lost and that earnings are not guaranteed.
